Returns Procedure

Return Items

We will happily refund or exchange any items purchased on this Trigirl site. We make no charge for returns - there is no restocking fee. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Please indicate the reason of returning the item by completing our returns form. We will credit the card we have on file for you. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds. If the original payment was via PayPal, we will credit the PayPal account that the order was placed with. Orders from Australia are generally shipped from and must be returned to our agent in Queensland/ Australia. All other orders are handled from our London office and returns need to be sent back to London.

An item doesn't fit or you don't like the colour.

For UK customers please return it to us within 21 days. For international customers please return it to us within 30 days. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Once we receive the goods and completed returns form we will refund you by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

An item is faulty when it is delivered.

Just complete our returns form indicating what the fault is and return the item to us. If you request a refund we will refund you by the method used to pay for the order for the goods and postage. If you request us to despatch a replacement we will do so subject to availability. In this case we will refund you the postage for the returned item.

An item becomes faulty after it has been used.

All our product is covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. If an item has become defective prematurely please follow our returns procedure, giving us details of the produt and fault. Items may need to be returned to our factory for inspection and possible repair, before a credit can be considered.

Due to health and safety regulations, we request all used clothing to be washed prior to returning back to us. Failure to do this will result in us having to send them back to you, as we will be unable to inspect these goods.

Postage on returned items.

If you return something due to it not fitting or being suitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you return something due to it being faulty we refund the carriage. We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.

Returns processing time.

We aim to process all returns within two working days of them arriving with us.
