Trigirl Novice Training Days

Our training days have been designed specifially for first time and novice triathletes. Our goal is to develop your skills, build your confidence, answer all your questions and prepare you for your first event – and if this is not your first time we will provide you with tips and advice to help you achieve more in your next event!

Trigirl has teamed up with the experts from thetrilife.com to deliver expert coaching in small groups and to the highest standard.

Each training day covers all four areas of triathon with a dedicated practical session:

We start at 9:30 AM and finish at around 4:30 PM.

The cost is £ 48.- for a full day of female specific coaching in small groups.

This training day at Lymm is sponsored by Uberfit Events and is designed to prepare you for their Pink Women’s Only triathlon taking place at the end of July.

Here at Trigirl we practice what we preach. We love triathlon and we want you to share our love for the sport too.

As well as being fun, challenging and open to everyone, it fits in perfectly with a busy life and provides the ultimate all round fitness. Despite its ‘gruelling’ reputation, taking part in a triathlon can be as challenging, or not, as you wish to make it. You can choose be ultra competitive or simply just enjoy the experience.

Trigirl-Yvonne-TrisuitEvents vary dramatically in terms of distance, terrain and location – one of the aspects that make it so enjoyable. There are short sprints for novices lasting less than an hour, through to the epic ‘Ironman’ which can take up to 16 hours and ends with a full marathon.  Either way, participation in triathlon is simply about your goals, whatever they might be.  There is something for everyone, whatever your age, wherever you live and whatever your fitness level. It is one of the most accessible sports available and something that once you try it, will have you hooked.
