Some praise for our Trigirl Training Days:

Many thanks to our participants who offered these words of praise about our events:

“Jo and Beate (Tri50.co.uk) ran an excellent training day. As a complete novice to Triathlon, and to running in particular, the day was full of great tips, advice and personal feedback to help with my training. There was also lots of opportunity to ask questions and learn about what to expect at events which was really helpful. I will definitely take part in one of their training days again and would recommend this to anyone looking to do their first Triathlon, or anyone who is looking for a boost to their own training. It was a great day – thank you!” – Nicki Lynas

“I just wanted to write and say thank you so much for Saturday – I really enjoyed it for so many different reasons. It was the first time I have ever done anything like that and to get first hand expert advice has given me some real pointers about how to improve as well.” – Delyth Draper

“Just wanted to say that I’ve returned from the tri-girl training day buzzing and utterly energised to get better! Kim (Kim Ingleby of Energised Performance) is a great teacher, and all-round great advertisement for health and fitness. The weather was horrible, but she re-organised the schedule to remain interesting and focussed even though the rain forced us indoors. I almost don’t have the energy to type after the pool workout. Thanks again.” – Tracy Allen

“The day was pitched perfectly for the group and tailored for individuals to get what they needed” – Jessica Church

“The facilities were very good and the training advice was excellent, really worth while. Money well spent” – Anna Graham

“Just a big thank you for making my first triathlon seem a little less daunting as I will be much better prepared for it than I would have been had I not attended the day!”  – Helen Woolley

“Just wanted to thank you for the extremely helpful and informative workshop on Saturday with Tri50. I really enjoyed it and got a huge amount out of it. I will keep an eye out for any other events you organise.” – Claire Jackson

“Just wanted to say how good the Trigirl training day in Bristol was – lots of useful tips and advice, and the swimming drills were especially helpful. Looking forward to putting it all into practice in training and my next race! ” – Rachael Willis

“Can I just say what a fantastic and informative day I had on Saturday in Bristol with Kim. She was BRILLIANT and all my objectives of the course were met and more…many many thanks!!” – Paula Cardwell
